Are Laguna Cyprien products natural and free of harmful chemicals?
Yes. We work with naturally derived ingredients, prioritizing clean, conscious, and respectful formulas for both the skin and the planet. We avoid unnecessary ingredients and focus on what truly makes a difference.
Are Laguna Cyprien products vegan and free of animal-derived ingredients?
Most of our products are 100% vegan. The only exception is the honey bar soap, which contains a small percentage of natural honey. We recommend checking each product's description for its specific formulation.
Is Laguna Cyprien a cruelty-free brand?
Yes. None of our products or ingredients are tested on animals, at any stage of the process.
Do the products contain allergens such as gluten, dairy, or nuts?

What's the difference between white tea and herbal tea?
White tea comes from the Camellia sinensis plant and is one of the most delicate and least processed teas, with a mild flavor and antioxidant properties.
Tisane, on the other hand, is an infusion of plants, flowers, fruits, or herbs — it doesn't contain tea as such, so it is naturally caffeine-free. Both options invite conscious wellness rituals.
How long does solid shampoo last and how many washes is it equivalent to?
Our 55g solid shampoo lasts approximately 25 to 40 washes, equivalent to 2 or 3 bottles of 200ml liquid shampoo.
To maximize its lifespan, we recommend keeping it away from direct contact with water and storing it in a soap dish with good drainage.
How long does solid conditioner last?
Our 55g solid conditioner provides approximately 25 to 40 applications, equivalent to 2 or 3 conventional 200ml bottles.

How long does the air freshener last?
The reed diffuser lasts approximately 4 to 6 months. The duration may vary depending on how often the reeds are flipped.

It is the most concentrated and intense version of a fragrance. It generally lasts longer on the skin and offers a deeper and more sophisticated olfactory experience.

How long does the perfume last on the skin?
Our Eau de Parfum has a 25% fragrance concentration, considered among the most intense categories in perfumery. On average, it lasts about 4 to 6 hours on the skin, although this can vary depending on pH, hydration, and application area.
For longer-lasting wear, we recommend applying it to pulse points such as wrists, neck, and behind the ears.

Can I return glass containers for recycling?

Does Cyprien Lagoon offer refills?
We currently do not have a refill system, but we do have a glass container return program to give them a second life.

Returns & Refunds
Can I cancel my order before it ships?
Yes. You can cancel your order as long as it hasn't been shipped. Contact us as soon as possible to manage it.
Does Laguna Cyprien accept returns for web orders?
Yes. You can request a return within 7 days of delivery, following our exchange and return policies.
Does Laguna Cyprien accept returns for in-store purchases?
Due to the nature of our products, purchases made in physical stores are not eligible for exchanges or returns.
However, we will gladly assist in cases related to formula defects, packaging malfunctions, or product quality.
As an exception, textile products such as robes, towels, and bags may be eligible for exchange or return provided they have not been used or washed, within a maximum period of 5 days after purchase.
How does the refund process work?
Refunds are issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer, depending on the case. We aim to manage each situation quickly and transparently.
How do I request my invoice after purchase?
You can request your invoice by completing the following form. Please have the following ready:
- Ticket or order number
- Updated Tax Identification Card (CSF). Make sure your data matches your CSF and that your email is correct. You will receive your invoice within 3 to 5 business days.
